… When she looks at the pictures from her last birthday a few days later, it seems strange to her that she laughed so much that day. She describes how her memories fade and gaps form in her memory. She used to only repress the bad things, but now she also forgets the positive ones.

She asks Niklas how he copes with the situation of having to say goodbye again and again to people he has cared for, looked after and accompanied in their everyday lives. After a short pause, he says that he will leave what happens here, here. It helps him to take over the final washing, even if that is not part of his actual field of work.
